OUR APPROACH

A lot of software fails because it asks too much of the people using it — new apps to install, new accounts to remember, new interfaces to learn. AvaCode is built around a simpler idea: reach people through the tools they already have, and remove friction wherever possible.

We care about software that behaves well in imperfect conditions. The technology should be reliable when the network is slow, respectful of the time and attention of the person using it, and transparent enough in how it works that organisations can trust what they're adopting. That's why we build on open-source foundations and ship hosted platforms on top of them — giving people a choice between managing the technology themselves or letting us handle it.

Django Email Learning — our open-source library

Everything we build sits on top of django-email-learning, an open-source software library we develop and maintain. It's what actually handles the delivery of courses, quizzes, and enrolments through email. Publishing it openly means there's full transparency in how our platform works, and any organisation with the technical capacity can host it themselves rather than relying on us.

AvaCode Solutions was founded by Payam Najafizadeh, a software engineer with over a decade of experience building backend systems for companies like Klarna and Brite Payments. That experience — working inside product teams, shipping production systems, and solving real engineering problems — is what shapes how AvaCode approaches software.

AvaCode was founded with a simple belief: that technology, when built thoughtfully, can create meaningful social impact. The work on django-email-learning and InboxAcademy grows directly from that belief — making structured education simpler to deliver and more accessible to the people who need it.
